Game crashes without any error

Hi,

since the patch my game crashes / close to desktop without any error when switching characters very fast or just random.

I tried to common fix ideas, but nothing helps. Force check is fine.

Any ideas?

Edit 01:
It seems to be a bigger problem. When starting game and try to connect to channel 2 in server selection i got instant crash top desktop without any error.

 

Same DC with no reason.

I also got problems when switching Channels.
I tried to switch channels (From ch2 to ch4) and got kicked out with a Error message that i couldnt read becouse the game closed to fast.
It was something with the following text (The account quantity....), as i said i couldnt read more. My Girlfriend has the same Problem.
After i logged in again i was only able to go on channel 2 and had a 15 min restriction for the other channels.

any clue why i can´t join ch2 whatever i try? I get insta crash when tgrying ... ?

 

Seems to be a general issue after last update. Pretty sure it is already been looked at. I think everyone is affected.

a lot people got crashed when character select or character switching but ch2 is wll populated so i can´t see the issue. tried every fix they offered - nothing. so im pissed to can´t do the bosses on ch2.

 

Seems to be an issue with latest update. Need to wait until it is fixed. Also we have a new for any bdo unique Anti-cheat. many new things. Can easily cause issues. We need to give it some time. Pretty sure the dev-team is aware of it.
Hang in there
