Error 0301 00000005 Access is denied

    As of today I keep getting this error when launching the game. I've repaired the retail launcher, force checked files on this launcher, running as admin and tried disabling antivirus. No change.

    Thank you. It seems like this problem runs deeper than this game. I have several failed updates since June.
