i already low the settings but still lag. please open the link. in that picture i low the settings but i think its still high. im very lag at the city. because a lot of player

What do you exactly mean by "lag". Lof framerate or internet issues.
What are your computer specs?

Sounds like a FPS issue to me. There are several ways to improve your FPS, perhaps not by much, but any improvement should help.

Make sure that you have turned off "Low power option" in your optimisation settings.
