PermaRed Character Freeze after Crystal Extraction in Velia & Gear downgrade

Bug Name:

Perma Red Character Freeze in town and Gear Downgrade​

Bug Description:

Hey i have a problem .

i was extracting a Crystal out of my Weapon in Velia.
and when i was at the Extracting Window Someone Attacked me because im Perma Red.
but because i was in the Window of Extracting the game Bugged out and my Charakter Froze i couldnt Move or Do anything.
so i got killed and my Gear Downgraded because of the bug :C

Pen Grunil Helm -> Tet Grunil
Pen Dandelion Crimson Glaives -> Tet Dande
Dou Muskan -> Mon Muskan

I was Hoping you could Give me my Equipment back i have Video Proof too.
dont cringe because of German Language pls.

Okay: 1. WHY do you go to velia as red player? thats the city for downgrading, cuz overall guards
2. 271dp is too low for being a red 300dp is min.^^
3. (german: Was sind das für nervige Geräusche im Video?....)

He give you some tipps, also where to go in citys without guards.
And... the dmg did come from the guard not from a player, how it seems
A palyer dont downgrade your gear, only kill your crystals, then you wouldnt need your extraction stuff anymore.
Another hint for this: Put your gear via maid in storage, change to a positive char and extract then, and grab back the gear via maid... enough free pearls here for 100maids.

But ... yes, this time the guards did bugg you, so i would say you should get your stuff back, because you had no chance to avoid this, even if you wasnt smart to go there...

 

yes you right but you Can see when i got attacked i got couple more hits per second because a Lahn attacked me too and just the guard did the last hit so he finnished me. but the lahn namend "hexenbane" attacked me first you can Clearly see it in the second where i died.

but yea i bugged out and i couldnt move :c

the strange sound where my buddy in discord. he got bored so he did some strange sounds with his mouth. Omegalul

 

also funny, that the guard made the last hit... if it was only the lahn you would maybe only loose gems... damn lahn xD
Yeah the sounds was pretty annoying <_<
