   depends if they are hindering you from playing freely.But i think this is allowed since i think they did not kept on killing you on your obelisk

   I believe you are trying to say if this is Obelisk Camping. Well, if you look at it, none of the players that have been attacking the base have been preventing any of the players from the opposite race to spawn.
