EXPLORER'S COMPASS #1​

Bug Description:

Quest cant be done i did it and get only 1 pice of compss in the midell of the desert and i see many video and guide and i cant continue the quest or cancel it is try other chercters and still nothing​

How to reproduce/proof:

take this quest and try to get it done and get all 3 pice​

well i take the quest from Martha Kiyen then i go to the sand market bazzar and talk to Villager and get the EXPLORER'S COMPASS #2 but didnt get a pice after that i go to the Ibellab Oasis and talk to the Soldier and get my first pice and thats is it i cant continue and take the rest of the quest i try go and talk to Shuriar the Trade Manager to continue but i cant the quest is over...

ther is a way to reset or do somthing?
or ther is more ways to get this compess?
