Aion Client has stopped working

hello, i have been having a problem with launching the game. When i press start game the little image of the wings opens up but after that a black screen opens and an error message pops up "Aion Client Has Stopped Working".

I recently reinstalled windows to my pc and now this problem is happening. I have reinstalled the game many times from the ncsoft launcher and also from Adieu's guide. I have also updated my graphics card but this also didn't help. I tried to make the launcher run as administrator but this option is not available for me.
I hope someone can help me fix this problem :sad:

I think everyone has this problem... Maybe its BS, but i noticed that when i dont make screenshots then this hardly happens (sadly sometimes you have to make screenshots to prove that you have certain items).
