Can't enter the game world :/

Hi , i just finished the game download today . i logged into the game and create my first character ( everything was cool and ease ) .
yet when i click connect to enter. the game crashed .
after its crashed the BDO launcher appears again , and also when try again the same thing .
any help !

 

You're probably getting the "authentication key has expired" that I had aswell. To fix this they have to restart the servers. Personally, I had to wait over 24 hours until they restarted the servers. Not sure if this is the cause as you haven't noticed the error message. Maybe someone else can help you, good luck on your findings.

P.S Check if a message saying "Account authentication key has expired" appears before the game closes.
