Dream horse from Webshop

Went ahead and bought the dream horse off the webshop for ~33k. It arrived in my mailbox at level 1. it is now level 10 and still hasn't learned any skills...
Im assuming this is an unknown bug or if anyone has any ideas of whats happening, if they've have the same issue or not.

can someone please provide input on what the issue is or may be as to why my dream horse I purchased isn't learning any skills?

I bought a dream horse off the webshop too and went 12 levels without getting an ability, but then it rapidly started learning abilites. So you should just be patiently and let the horse learn.

 

Hi guys, since the EXP rates for leveling on this server are so high, the horses abilities don't scale per say. Please stop leveling your horses, and follow this GUIDE instead. Hope this helps.
