can we know how malicious/bug abuse user reports are being judged?

seriously there is this guy and he is like> there are so many things being abused in this game and little things like killing an sm pet bug abuse is not to be seen or get attention from admins? i submitted a report and i told him that i did> and he was like that telling me and he was so mad> and keeps telling me what a kid i am and how lame kids want to outsmart him> does that mean he is smarter than gms? coz he abuses other people and gms cant notice? here is the link to what he said

I think they should make it so people can see the threads they make, so they can see if they get AM feedback.

This is the flaw, and also why people don't post there when they're suppose to.

this is my second report> first was a dmg hacker but there was gm online in-game> autumn i whisp him/her too so my report was in-game but then i stil submitted one in report section.

Rest assured that, even if the staff does not send you a PM regarding the report you submitted, that as long as there is sufficient evidence provided, the staff will always take appropriate action.

I spend a LOT of time investigating reports (whether or not they're in the report section) and doing what must be done.

In the instances where I do not have the administrative power/rights to complete what needs to be done, I always make sure to forward it to our senior staff so that they can finish resolving the issue.

While GMs can view the report section, not even we can make posts to the reports, so that is a little difficult.

Killing summons is a bug abuse too... imprisonment for 20 mins is the punishment for this...
