I need Energy

I'm new to Black Desert, and i ended up rushing and leveling my character to 61 as fast as possible and i only have 68 energy. I'm really lacking on dp at 130+ right now and i'm looking to get boss armor, because i have all boss weapons now. I don't know how to gain energy and i need to know the fastest way to do it because i have cheeks armor and i can't use the night vendor properly without atleast 100 energy and i'm not getting any of the armor drops from the respective bosses.
