Can't find running client

    just downloaded a full client from this link: v855 GamezBD Client (30GB) and extracted.
    and when it finished file checking and some small update, i login then start the game and this what happened next..

    i already tried to install all MSVC++ 2005 to 2017 redist(x86) and (x64)..
    i also tried to disable my WinDefender.
