Pre-Order in Market money gone.

I Pre-order a TRI Kzarka Longbow for my Ranger i had a little over 350 million in silver logged in now only 18,360,608 in silver but no Kzarka TRI longbow does the seller have to log in and collect their money before I get my bow just wondering not mad but sad and laughing all the work ha ha please help and let me know Yes I was logged off made pre-order after 12am Pacific time. Thank you.

 

Pre-orders can be retrieved from your mail when they are successful.
If you weren't lucky to get whatever Tri Kzarka Longbows have been posted after your pre-order so far, then you just have to be patient and wait.
In the mean time, your pre-order money will still be "on hold" as your pre-order has not gone through.
You can cancel your pre-order any time by going to a marketplace NPC in the same region (Balenos, Serendia, Mediah, etc.) that you first placed your pre-order in. Doing so will put the pre-order money back in your storage.

Unless of course, your money is missing and you have no pre-order mail at all. Then you might have to file a report.

Yes it took my money but no TRI Kzarka Longbow in my mail it took 335 million and no bow.

 

A pre-order does not go through if:
1. Nobody has posted any after you placed your pre-order
2. You were not lucky enough to win the pre-order i.e. someone else got it.
In both cases there will be no Tri Kzarka Longbow in your mail and you still have to wait.

Placing a pre-order would look like this for example.
In that case your money is on hold "in the system" - until you cancel it or you are successful with your pre-order, in which you will have your Longbow in your mail.
