No Combat Promotion quest after the Awakening Quest​

Bug Description:

After I finished the Awakening quest as a Maehwa, I didn't get the combat promotion quest, nor the quest that gives me black stones to upgrade the awakening weapon.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Same thing happened to my Lahn, it seems to happen randomly.​

 

Find this quest on bdocodex.com and check conditions to start it. Its client side, cant be bguged. So just make sure u pass condition to start it and enable show all type quests in quest settings.

 

I have all conditions to start it, and yet I still can't. My friend just leveled her Lahn to 56, did the awakening and she didn't get the combat promo either, so it has to be a bug.

Edit: Everyone I met so far who had the same issue were either Maehwas or Lahns, so I feel like it's a class issue.
