Fullscreen windowed Mode?

Hey, So i had some difficulties Initially when I joined the server with not being able to click on anything, this was solved by following the instructions in common problems section.
Currently whenever I attempt to run the game in fullscreen windowed mode it will once again make it impossible to click on anything. Also..the game seems to sometimes revert to 1260x720 resolution which will cause everything to become unclickable with my mouse and require resetting in the documents/blackdesert/game option file.

Does any one have any insight on what i need to do to make the game run in fullscreen windowed mode with 1920x1080 resolution?
