GamezBDO.exe stopped working

I am new and I have already opened the installer twice; but in both I see the same error when I try to execute it.

 

Navigate to your Black Desert Online game client folder, right click on the folder and choose properties, select the 'General' tab and clear the 'Read-only' check box to remove the read-only attribute or select the check the box to set it. Click 'OK' to save your changes.

 

Thanks for answering, but it does not work. From what I understand, there is a corrupt file in the installer or something like that

That error log showed something with .dll. try installing this: https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/ and reboot your pc. then try again
