Ancient Trol Shaman and Ancient troll Bugged​

Bug Description:

Due to them not activating properly we are unable to get their knowledge to complete Quint Hill Knowledge. I can see them but they only run in place and can not be attacked. On retail they are stone and come alive when you get near them. Here on Gamez they are stone and run in place not coming alive.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Go to Quint Hill and watch the ancient trolls there. Some work but not Troll or Shaman.​

 

i can confirm, that Problem is still there. one of These glitched mobs is also the target of a quest, which can't be done:

Bug Name:
[Quest] Dragon Protection Tower (ID: 3500/61)
Bug Description:
All Mobs of this Kind (and additional ancient troll ones) are glitched.
How to reproduce/proof:
Take quest and try to kill target mob.

 

When the server comes back up after being down, the spawns seem to work fine. If the monster resets, it'll bug out.

Out of the 3 spawns, there was one that wasn't bugged, and I camped it for an hour trying to get its knowledge.

 

can confirm this, after Restart it works a couple of tries until it Bugs again
