    It would be something new and different that could drop a custom loot table. You could do something by using one of the scroll models that come from the 1-50 quest line. It could drop hard and sharp bundles or something unique that would make people want to go and kill them.

    I think you haven't been do offin, gyfin, hysteria or aakman.
    Their kinda buffed here so they are considered customized.
    Hit around 500GS/RS and they could still kill you, hit 580GS/RS they would still specially offin's massive AOE.
    Try grinding there and experience it. Solo mode :)
