Wiped/no characters on account every now and then​

Bug Description:

Sometimes when I log in, there are no characters in my account. Logging into my account on the GameZ website sometimes fixes it.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I have no clue how to reproduce this bug, but I have a screenshot of my character selection in game and my characters on my account on the website.

You selected wrong server, just select urs, NA or EU.
