    I am unable to use Merv's Palette on EU with a value pack & blessing of GameZ both active.
    Any solutions?

    Event Value Pack doesn't include Merv's Palette. Once you get a normal one you will gain access to it.

    I bought a 30 days value pack earlier and it's not working for me too. It is around 15 days now and the palette has gone.

    The 30 days value pack works as intended with marv pallete.
