No Trade options with Trade Managers

Hi,

I've received quite a few items to trade with a trade managers, but non of the trade managers in my game are giving me options to trade. I have linked the areas together for best trade prices. The screen is blank. I don't even see the items they sell. I thought I may have missed a quest or something and back tracked, but nothing. I looked this up several times online and no one seems to be having what I have nor is their a starting quest. One message I continue to get is "You Can not sell trade items here."

Any assistance would be appreciated.
