Chars disappeared

    When i logged in game i found out that my chars have disappeared and everytime i close the game the launcher does file check and then when it finishes it stucks at preparing to download
    I really dont know what to do

    Did you check if you were clicking on the right server (EU/NA) while in server selection?
    As far as I know (it may be fixed now), but selecting "last connected server" brings you to an empty character list even if it is the right server (NA/EU).
    If not, you may have missing files or its bugged.

    Also try reinstalling the GamezBD launcher and see if file checking/patching goes through successfully now.

    Contact Kolka, Lareldal, Noyah or other mods in discord if you need to.

    didnt click on last connected tho
    but ill try reinstalling the launcher,thanks
