    @Noyah, it rarely stays available for more than a few minutes after the reboot. It gets bugged almost immediately, at least for Pernon. @Krytron if you finally manage to buy an estate be careful with the maintenance fee, 'cause they might get bugged and although you have paid they may appear like you haven't and you risk losing your house. Unfortunately, only a server reboot can solve that...
