as per subject title, or is class balancing dictated by what is already in the code? Thanks

I liked the question because it is straight forward and quite useful information to have, as far as I know the wonderful developers and troubleshooters (Kolka, Carl) have absolute control of the system HOWEVER there are some aspects that are extremely complicated to deal with. I tried out programming back in University (1996) but I quickly lost my patience for it, I do know that todays programming languages and tools have improved tremendously but in any case if you try to program something on your own say a Backgammon game (sounds simple enough) WITHOUT just copying and pasting someone elses work, then you will have a vague idea of just how much work it takes to have something that simple up and running without errors. Hmmm...feels like I left the topic behind there...but not really, the topic is can and/or do they meddle with the system: Yes they do, up to a certain point when things become dicey and unstable.
