Please Help

My Main is a level 56 DK.
I can not interact with this character at all, either with keyboard or mouse. I used the escape in the main menu and though she was transported still nothing. I then used the website rescue function and once again she was moved but still nothing. I deleted the game file (Back up made of original) then reinstalled the game and still nothing. I can't open any menus to get her gear both armour weapons and outfit.
Need help with this real bad ty
