Resolved Black screen ( I can hear the music )

Hello
As the topic, After login and click "Start" the screen of the game become black but I can hear the music of game and there a number on the top (287847) :



Also, it comes notification says "Launcher minimized to tray" as the image below


I think the problem with the full-screen mode. I need to change it to the window mode but there is no setting for change that on Launch.
I tried to change the screen resolution but does not work.

 

Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.

If you see a black screen and can still hear music, and you can not click anything then it's a driver-related problem. I'm pretty sure it has to do with nvidia's last driver because I had the same problem.
