Solved Always saying "Preparing to Reconnect"

Hi, I need some help please, I think this is not the kind of "Stuck" thingy but my char seems like really got STUCKED. I cant Log in my Char "Habit".
I Did use the .fix but still theres no use.

I think we have the same problem

 

well , so its not only me , server broken

 

First it was just my Cleric, then after a several relogs all my chars got stucked LOL

Been idle for nearly 4 years, now i thought of playing again. So i download the whole files from Gamez websites. Now when i load the launcher.. after it loads 100% the loadscreen just disappears.
been trying all your guides still the problem persist

Ok after being unable to log in my character "Preparing to reconnect the selected character (max. 20 seconds)" and it's more than a minute.
I checked here and found out I'm not the only one. I wonder what's the problem
Hopefully it will be checked not later today

SAME PROBLEM HERE

 

Try log in your account on website and go to “ user control pannel” then click “ my character” then click “Unstick”.

 

That didn't work either, also .fix did nothing
