I've purchased an Auto-Gather Hedgedog from the WebShop but I didn't know it had 5 minutes auto-gather and I was wondering if there is any way to take it back and give me the cash so I can buy some else.
My account name is unrealaz and the pet was bought on EU server.

Hi i purchased 110 utraldonate twice by accident but i only got one redeem code pleases help i have the mail that they sensed me that the payment have been made. its been almost a week that i try to contact them but i still got no answer. Please help me thank you !

 

Just to be clear I want the pet taken away and the cash refunded on the website, not the real money, so I can buy premium or something else. I don't want to refund to card or paypal or anything like that.
