Solved Can load game

Hi,
I downloaded the whole package using torrent. Now when i tried to run the game i can't get pass the load screen, When it reach 100% my screen just disappear and i see the desktop only. Nothing happend. Can you please help? i'm a returning players, but this can't be the reason since i don't get pass the load screen to even enter my user credentials.

I tried this and the problem persist.
i found out that the NormalStop changes as i run the game.

Here is the config before i run the game
[Game]
HeapSize=133857340
TempHeapSize=81317100
ValidTableDump=1
BitSize=8
NormalStop=1

And this is after i run the game.

[Game]
HeapSize=133857340
TempHeapSize=81317100
ValidTableDump=1
BitSize=8
NormalStop=0
/////////////////////////
NormalStop= changes from 1 to 0 whenever i run the game.
