Placing Mode Constant Refresh

For some time now every time I go into placing mode and try to place any item as soon as I take the item to be placed I'll have roughly 3-5 sec before the screen refresh and item will end up back in the bag. And after I finally manage to place the item it will keep refreshing when I try to move/ change position of the item. This is really frustrating and I cant find any information on how this can be fixed, any help please?

 

Happens to me too, lately. I usually just try to fast-hands it or I wait for it to go away. You could contact the admins to see if there's a fix for it.

 

Yeah I try to fast hard as well but it's really annoying.
