Client Issue Buying item in credit shop

hello, im buying item in credit shop (Prime Archon Royal Captain Bow) and it succes

but the problem comes when i refresh the page my credit is gone 1500 credit, and when im refreshing again its gone again 1500 it's like im buying the prime achon bow again but i didnt klik the purchase button.i refreshing the page 3 times and without klik ing the purchase button. but somehow i recive the bow x3

PS before im buying the bow i have credit 8.703, but now i only have 1.203

 

It's a known issue...you don't have to refresh the page after the purchase. Wait for a staff member reply, your credits should be refunded.

 

Its same happen to me i have 10k+ credit i buy 1x woc 2 then i refresh my credit become1.4k cred then now its automaticaly purchase 2x woc 2...

 

not that hard to read few words , so they might to not give your credits back, cuz of this.

As mentioned above by @cocosul, the message that appears before you refresh the page alerts you that you may be charged twice if you choose to continue; "Returning to that page might cause any action you took to be repeated". In this case, the credits will not be refunded. You will have to be more careful next time.
