So what now?

Hi Noyah, its been a year and i still didnt get my 1k credits from 2, (30 day dragon set books) that disappear from my account. Who's gonna actually fix this ?
First goes to puddles then puddles doesnt answer? Now who is the next person? Where's my money ? Its actually starting to pissing me off.

 

You being pissed off isn't going to make the process go any faster.

I did replied to noyah thousands of times, puddles, carl, everyone ! And i still "waiting for the fix" first is carl, then carl doesnt answer, comes up with puddles ok lets message puddles same shit doesnt answer. It has been 1 year and still nothing? No creds? No books? No answer? From puddles from carl or even news from noyah. I have alot of reasons to be pissed off. "Things wont go faster" ofc it wont like this it will never go faster ..

 

Apparently things won't go faster but they can't go any slower either...

 

as far as i know that "30 day dragon set books" has 1 day counter, if you keep it in your inventory and don't use it in 1 day it's gone. maybe that's what happened to you?

 

It's probably what happened since items don't just disappear unless they're temporary.

In one of our conversations you insisted that the card was 15 days, and the card disappeared from your inventory after a few hours. Now for some reason it's 30 days. Not as if there is a big difference, but try to be as accurate as possible when it comes to this kind of help.

 

Oh i see it disappears in 1 day... Now it explains. (its my fault that i didnt read the item, but is your fault that made me contact everyone from staff to get information that wasnt actually delivered.)

Its so stupid that the item disappear in 1 day.

 

And how exactly is it my fault if you're the one who provided wrong information about your problem? Stop pointing fingers at others and be more accurate next time.
