    I would like to know if I can play on the NA servers being from South America. Is this possible?, or is South America locked/restricted to play on this server?

    There are no region blocks here. The NA server is located in Canada, and the EU server is located in France. I recommend playing on whichever one you have the least ping in for the best experience.
