Rookie rewards lost

Good afternoon,

After the last server maintenance, the rookie rewards are missing, i was around half of them and now i have lost all the remaining rewards.

Is there anything that can be done?

I was wondering about this myself, received my 2nd 7day value pack and then poof, gone. Wondering if its a glitch or if its one of those "bad luck buddy, deal with it" type things

 

Did you guy get your attendance resolved?
I got 2nd day rookie attendance, though I did get send a luxury pack for some reason.
Havn't found where to write a ticket, so I guess the forum will do.

 

Kinda came to the forum for the same reason, had no idea where to post it. It hasnt been resolved for me

Anyone get again the rookie rewards?? my friend receive the 5º day today, and i lost this rewards, anyone know what is the reason, or if they have planned put again this rewards?

I didn't got the rewards back.

Right now i only have valks loyal and guild.

The day of the reset i received the last rookie reward, but all the other ones are still missing, i have lost things like the horse and such, i know is not a lot, but for newly starting players are good rewards.

 

I think its safe to assume that they are gone and we wont get them back, which isnt a huge deal considering we get free pearls, anything we wouldve gotten from the rewards we can get in time =)
