after pressing start the game loads up and then closes again any help?

could i please get some help with the laucnher, everytime i press start the game loads up and then closes and just starts the launcher again any help?

yea that did not work like all it does is open up safe guard and it says launching game , then opens a white box and crashes again with no error

 

Sometimes the launcher keeps running in the background and it doesn't allow you to run the game. In that case press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and end all Gamez windows. You should be able to run the game normally afterwards. If that's not the case check if you have a Windows Update pending or if your Vcard driver is outdated. If so, update and restart your computer. Then try to launch the game.

Are you asking about BDO? AION doesn't have a smart guard system.

 

Can you be more specific about the problem? I'm pretty sure this thread is about BDO for two reasons:
1. AION doesn't have a smartguard (anti-cheat system).
2. @sedane94 mentioned the restart we did this morning and you quoted him as you knew about it.
If you got confused and created a thread in the wrong section that's fine... as long as we can help you solve the problem.
