Initializer error.

So I tried to copy my game to another pc which is currently running Windows 7 and I encountered this issue, I also tried the installer and I am also getting the same issue? Do we have compatibility issues on Windows 7? Or any way to fix this?

for me my issue was not exactly the same as yours but my exe wasn't working every time i clicked it so what I did was i downloaded https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=49982
and then it worked just fine
