Even with the launcher under exceptions, it still doesn't let me start

How do I put this down correctly

I downloaded the launcher, and it's 100 percent. The status says "Please, Restart Launcher."
The launcher files are under exceptions on my firewall and windows defender, but i'm still getting that message on the launcher.

was there something I was supposed to do to retail BDO before downloading gamezbd, or am I just flat out glossing over something?

hi, my problem is when open launcher stuck in launcher update 100%, but i can close and after launcher dont open.. so i fix my problem after try all solutions in forum..

Install Gamez BDO from this link : http://gameznetwork.com/downloads/GamezBD Launcher Setup.exe
Open launcher from desktop icon, and go to setting, put the folder where u have installed Gamez BDO, check if work..

I have the same problem, and it is still unresolved. I have to extract from ZIP installation folder from GamezBD website every time I want to open launcher.
