    Please restart my quest in Lost Memory, I received the letter and used it, already did talking to the messenger and the teleporter but after that I accidentally double clicked the npc and it disappear so i decided to use scroll to sanctum and back again but i can no longer go there so i tried to restart the quest but it says <Incomplete>. Is there any solution for this ?

    yeah, you have to ask a Sam+ for a new letter, then to restart the quest.
