Crashing and Send Log at Character Select Screen

Hi
I downloaded the game a few days ago and was enjoying playing it, however yesterday when I tried to play I made it to the character select screen and the game crashes when I try to get in. I get a send log right there. I have tried and tried again but can not get in. Just to note I can enter the character creation part of the game but can not enter the game, it crashes. I have checked my drivers, and DirectX, as well as downloading the 32-bit client (which runs but crashes at character creation screen), I changed the graphics in the setting to the lowest, I even deleted the game and redownloaded it but I still can not get past the character creation screen. I am unsure of what to do now. I will note that my brother downloaded it on his pc and I can play the game on that pc but not mine. I also can play Aion NA and Aion EU on my pc without this problem. Hopefully someone can help me. Thank you.

Also I will note that one of times when it crashes this message appeared but only once:
