    Are you running the launcher from the shortcut or from your desktop?
    Also show where your game is located.

    Delete the file I highlighted in the ss below and run the launcher again. Should work fine after that...

    It is supposed to appear again but this time your game will launch normally, so after you delete it just run the launcher again. :D

    EDIT: Do you mean that you get the same error?

    Ok... there are three things I changed to fix my problem:
    1. Right-click the GamezAion and go to Properties. Remove the tick from read-only box and apply for all folders.
    2. Repeat the deletion of the file I suggested above.
    3. Run the Launcher as admin.
    Let me know if it worked...

    by the way do you know how to fix the send log after starting the char? my friend already clean it but still crashing. thanks ^_^

    Unfortunately, the only thing your friend can do is patience, like many other players because it's not up to us... :( Let's hope they will manage to fix the bugged chars soon! (pray)

    Sometimes my launcher keeps crashing too but it gets fixed after I restart my laptop. Try that and let me know if it worked. Do you know if any of your chars are bugged already?
    What is the error you get?

    I'm yet to download the torrent version and check if this is where the problem lies, I do not have this problem with my client downloaded from the NCLauncher.
    Did you two get your gamez 6.2 from torrent method? @kawaineni @edrian2256

    yes.

    i just play at cafe so i only download the launcher and after i restart the pc and install the launcher still the same error. none of my char is bugged.

    Your client folder must be named GamezAION, otherwise it will not work properly.
