No character

Hi there,so I played this server around 6/8 MONTHS ago and my character doesn't show up when I'm in game, but it shows up in the website when I log in in my account, I had pets nd all sorts nothing there my family name is still the same as before, and when I used to play I don't think there was a Eu and US server I think was all the same... any idea what happened to all my stuff, items, pearls, donations, pets, knowledge, quests, everything. Thank you

 

If the last time you were online in the game before the european server was added, then all your characters are on NA server. Log in and make sure NA is selected.

 

Ok... but I didn’t want to play in NA and I tested and there no character there eaither, shouldn’t I be able to select which server my stuff goes when you guys added the new server ? I’m from Europe .
