Animation speed of relics scrolls​

Bug Description:

Before last update animation speed of boss was more faster. And ppl have opportunity to beat bosses under animation, now we cant beat it and need to wait. Now that system looks like retail,but on retail ppl cant farm 20-30 scrolls in one hour) This thing need to be fixed​
