    Before the last patch, I could complete this mission completly AFK overnight, that is, catching 3 Porgy and 5 Maomao.
    Since patch, apart from the previous 8hr AFK fish I have to spend many hours of active fishing to get them to drop.
    Last night..... something happens, only cought 1 maomao, nothing else, and after another 8 hours AFK fishing NOT a single fish required for the quest have being caught.

    Anybody else having the same problem?

    Have not caught any quest fish in Margoria area many rod repairs still nothing. The fish seem not to be in loot table anymore. Rods seem not to change anything too since old rod and Terrmian have same fish chances.

    What does that even mean? So the fish you need for Margoria quests is in a different location like Arehaza area?

    @Kolka I see the fishing spots for porgy. The problem is that maomao is a blue fish so there are no spots but i'm still not catching any after several hours of fishing in the proper area.

    Well as far as I have experienced so far;

    1. Fishing Spots are visible from enough distance (they are slightly moved in comparison to the "SomethingLovelyBDO" website Fishing spots map)
    2. Fishing Spots are dropping more or less exactly what the "SomethingLovelyBDO" website says it does

    Fishing Spots Bugs;

    1. Fishing Spots are ONLY dropping yellow fish at the moment, they should drop yellow AND Blue fish

    I am having a hard time finding a spot for maomao. If there is anyone who has the updated info on fishing spots would be great.

    On this map you will see some drop spots, in-game they look like some bubbles and fish jumping as well as seagulls flying above. They appear randomly and disappear within 5-15mins. (not entirely sure if that is right), but they do not stay forever and will be moving around a bit, so you cannot just camp one place and hope they come back. Hope this helps...and good fishing to you :)
