Getting error named :"Some important files are missing. Check your internet connection settings"

i am from turkey and using SUPERONLINE . i download game via torrent then complated it vpn(for pass patch update).

After everything done i click start button then i get the error i shared with tittle . Anyone got issue like that before and solved it? Or i would like to get any help

You will have to use VPN to access the server if your ISP is superonline.

 

is there anything i can do with contact my ISP? some port open etc..

 

I highly doubt it, but worth trying.
