    I guess they do it in a similar way that they do it in Aion: Block the user and the problem should be solved. However, if he switches toons (characters) to keep harassing you, report him and they will take formal action. (I dont know anything about BDO but im super sure it has a /block function, so that will do the trick).

    there is section for reporting players on this forum ... GMs on Discord are usualy bussy with the game :D

    I'm pretty sure if they start to ban people for bad language.. the server will be empty :) Just block//ignore the person who annoys you and enjoy your game.. IF he is switching characters to harass you, then report in forums ;)
