Are my characters gone?

    I'm a returning player to the GamezBD, I have been off bdo for some months now. Just installed the game again as of 01/02/2019, and it seems like my characters are gone although when login on to your website, I can see my characters and playtime on them? Are my characters gone or am I missing something?

    I figured it out, my characters are just on the NA servers instead of the EU. Is there a way to move your character from NA to EU?
