Cannot even login

    Hi all,
    when I loged in this morning, I couldn't cast a skill and now if I can login, but not get a char in game.
    I tried to :
    - reboot my rooter
    - reboot my computer
    - turn off my anivirus web agent
    - tested my bandwidth and everything is normal
    - my ping in game was 137ms which is normal
    - play form another computer
    - play with another internet connection (phone)

    When I could be ingame, I asked a friend if he had latency pb and he told me yes.
    I asked GM if server was working good and it seems to be ok.
    So I don't understand what happen.
    Btw I play from France.
    Did you experience the same issue or I'm the only one ?

    since yesterday i have the same problem. The delay of skills and comands its huge. Ex: attack a mob wait 10s and he's dead.

    u can login to the game, but u will have to wait a long time, and there is a huge delay in the game
