Possible to switch regions?

I was just wondering if it was possible to switch my Characters region from EU to NA, I accidentally joined EU servers on accident because it was the server list pulled up when I first joined the game. After a few days I noticed that the NA server had a pulldown that was hidden. So now I'm stuck on EU with high latency. Its not detrimental to me because I don't pvp yet, but I am curious to as to whether or not you can transfer my character. PS. i tried looking for similar questions but wasn't able to find any

 

It's impossible. Once you have created a character on a particular server you can't transfer it to another one, you will have to start from scratch.
