Client Issue Client Has been tempered

Hello,

I have a computer shop and want to install gamezaion on it as per clients request, I encounter a problem which after I login the game will say "Client has been tempered" then the game automatically close.

I think this was because I have a close HDD and I don't want to install a fresh OS and sacrifice other games because of it.
is there any installer that I can be downloaded and installed to my computers? The one I downloaded is a torrent from the main website.

I personally haven't encountered this error until now. Have you tried to repair the client through ncsoft launcher?

 

yes I already did but the error still occurs.
