Game crashes after selecting character at character selection (NA Server)

Hi. I just have a problem when I select my character from the char selection screen and it never went through it since last night (16 Feb 2019, GMT+7 time), not even show the loading screen after that, it just show black screen and game crashes.
This happens only when I select to connect to NA server. I can select another char in EU and enter the game without problem.
I've look for the solution in this forum and found nothing new as I've tried all those methods already and they're not work.
> Force check at launcher -> not solve
> Clear Caches -> not solve
> Check Firewall -> not solve... honestly I tried my account on 2 computers and they're all crashes at the same point
> Restart Router and hope new distributed IP from ISP will solve this -> NOPE
> Check AV -> not solve... doesn't make sense if this problem also occur on another computer too... it shouldn't be problem with my computer now right ?
I even did change client language just in case but it still no luck.

EDIT: It was the ISP after all. I tried connect with different network and it can go through the loading screen and enter the game successfully. So now I'd like to ask for suggestion for what is the specific connection part for NA server that I have to recheck with ISP (e.g. Network Ports and so on).
EDIT2: Workaround is to use VPN :S

 

i'm having this same problem would like a workaround or fix to this without having to figure out how to use a VPN
edit: i used command prompt to change my IP address and that fixed the issue. is it solved premantly or will i have to keep doing this? only time will tell.

 

@Noyah can you help me? im having the same problem, i tried all suggest on comon errors/fix and etc, still is closing after i select the character
